Chris Shararian, SPHR is the founder and Principal of Arreant
LLC. He has held leadership positions in a wide range of
companies from Fortune 500 corporations to small startups. His
breadth of management experience allows him to see the big picture when
addressing Human Resources needs of potential clients.
He has presented workshops for several Chambers of Commerce, educational
institutions and professional Human Resources organizations.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with
an emphasis in Human Resources Management from California State
University, Fullerton. He is certified as a Senior Professional
in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resources Management,
the largest Human Resources organization in the world. He is an
active member of Professionals in Human Resources Management, National
Human Resources Association, Northern California Human Resources
Association, Society of Human Resources Management and World at Work
(formerly American Compensation Association).
