Client: A technology startup
Situation: The company was experiencing a recent surge in turnover due to recent management changes.
Results: An in-depth evaluation of the employee
base discovered the management changes were not the real reason for the
turnover. Employees were more concerned with recent rumors of the
impending doom of the company. The reality was the company was
well funded and was going to be around for a long time. By
quickly earning the trust of non-management employees Arreant was able
to reveal the truth and create a communication plan to avert any more
employee turnover.
Client: A small biotech company
Situation: Facing a discrimination lawsuit, the
company contacted a law firm for assistance. The company had
legal representation and successfully defended itself from the
claim. What happened after that? Nothing. The lawfirm
didn’t specialize in setting up the necessary infrastructure to
prevent further claims.
